Praia do Forte is about 50 km from the Deputado Luís Eduardo Magalhães International Airport, in Salvador. The entrance of the village is at the kilometer marker number 1 (Km 1), on Linha Verde, right after the end of Estrada do Coco. From this entrance until the villa, there is a 1.5 km stretch paved with cobblestone. There are regular bus routes from Salvador to Praia do Forte.

The Sobrado da Vila inn is located on Alameda do Sol, the main street in Praia do Forte. With an exclusive location, guests are close to the ocean as well as to the many restaurants, stores, and other attractions of the village.

The Sobrado da Vila Inn has 27 air-conditioned rooms, each containing a 21" flat screen TV with access to satellite television (provided by SKY network) and bathrooms with big solar heated showers. They also have a mini-fridge, a telephone, and a safe.

Amongst these 27 rooms, 4 are luxury suites. Besides a terrace and a living room, these luxury suites have beds with a canopy and more elaborate decoration, maintaining the "tropical" ambience, a hallmark of the inn.

Each detail within the rooms was planned to create the charming, laid back atmosphere of a beach house. In order to do this, vibrant colors and natural fibers were used as well as materials typical to the region, blending comfort and relaxation all at once.

Restaurant A healthy lifestyle and the local environment inspired the cuisine at Sobrado da Vila. The Vila Gourmet restaurant offers options a la carte, with national and international contemporary cooking, as well as a touch of the exotic Bahian cuisine.

The vegetables we use come from our own organic garden, and the eggs are produced by country chickens from a private farm. Our breakfast offers regional options, like “couscous” (steamed ground corn often mixed with coconut), corn or tapioca porridge, and fried banana, as well as other delicacies of Bahian and Northeast Brazilian origin.

The quality and distinctive tastes of the Sobrado da Vila restaurant have turned it into a unique attraction for all visitors of Praia do Forte, in addition to those who stay at the inn.

Lounge Bar This space invites visitors to relax and enjoy life, whether that means having a drink, snacking on something, or ordering a meal. Similar to a large terrace, this wooden deck borders Alameda do Sol, the main street in Praia do Forte (a pedestrian-only area) and promotes a cozy interaction with the village.

The Lounge Bar, divided into sections with sofas and tables, is located at the entrance of the inn. At night, guests can enjoy the sounds of Brazil with lots of Brazilian Popular Music (also known as MPB – Mъsica Popular Brasileira).

Solar Deck On the third floor of the building is one of our most talked about additions - the Deck Solarium, which showcases a hydro massage pool. The pool is surrounded by a wooden deck, decorated with mosaics and sundeck chairs. Thanks to the glass railing surrounding this area, guests can sunbathe and relax, contemplating Alameda do Sol, the village’s main street.
